Yes, payouts are sent directly to your bank account. When you set up your account, you can choose to add a checking account - whether existing or new. Sellers must link a checking account not a PayPal routing number to receive their payouts.
Please make sure you provide only a checking account, where the name, address, and business information if applicable on the bank account match the name and information provided to eBay. If you offer to ship internationally, your listings may surface in buyer searches on supported international eBay sites.

Most non-US buyers can shop and pay on eBay. In most cases, the non-US buyer can pay using their locally supported forms of payment. If you see Returned or Blocked next to a payout in Seller Hub, the bank information we have for you may be incorrect, or you may need to provide additional verification information before we can initiate payouts to your account.
Once the buyer's order is confirmed, you can ship the item. The selling fees and other costs are automatically deducted, and your sales proceeds will show as Processing funds. If your payouts are scheduled weekly, we initiate payouts on Tuesday for the sales you've made from Monday to Sunday the previous week.

Some banking holidays may delay your payouts. If your payout is scheduled daily, a banking holiday may delay your payout by up to 2 business days. For example, if the buyer's order is confirmed on Friday, and the holiday is on Monday, the payout will be initiated on Wednesday 2 business days later.
If your payout is scheduled weekly, a banking holiday may delay your payout by up to 8 business days. For example, if the buyer's order is confirmed on Friday, and the holiday is on Monday, the payout will be initiated on the Tuesday of the following week 8 days later. Tip You must add a checking account to receive your funds. You can't use a savings account or a PayPal account to receive payouts. Tip If the buyer pays in a currency that's different to your payout currency, the payment will be converted to your payout currency. The currency exchange rate will be captured at the time of sale and can be viewed in the order details.
